A vibrant, nourishing grain salad with seasonal toppings. Light and satisfying. Makes a great packed lunch, a light & easy dinner, or filling side dish. Flavors are pleasant and straightforward, not overpowering or heavy. Protein is always separate from the salad. This dish cannot be deconstructed as the flavor is intentionally built by letting the ingredients marry.
