Give the gift of real nourishment

The Support Session

Looking to support a loved one through a tough season? Whether they’re recovering from surgery, welcoming a new baby, navigating a diagnosis, or caring for someone else, this one-time in-home meal prep provides real comfort with real food.

I kindly invite you to make sure the person you are supporting would like in-home meal support, as some people aren’t comfortable receiving this gift. It’s also important to ask if they are already signed up for a meal train or have other meal support. In the meantime, see this post about what clients need to have in the kitchen. Delivery is not available. Sessions will not be booked unless you have contacted the person you are supporting, have discussed where the meals will be cooked, and have received the recipient’s consent.

Investment: $750 per service + groceries
$50 off per service when purchasing two or more

Dinner, done differently

All of your meals are cooked fresh, right in your own kitchen—no delivery vans, no off-site prep, no outsourcing. This isn’t a meal kit or a mystery container left on your doorstep. It’s real food, made with care, in the place where your family gathers and eats.

When you hire me, you get me. You’ll never be passed off to a rotating team of chefs. I work closely with each family to learn your preferences, routines, and rhythms so I can tailor everything to fit your life—not the other way around.

Each week’s menu is shaped by your feedback. If your kid suddenly stops liking broccoli or you’re craving a particular comfort dish, I adjust accordingly. I believe in building long-term relationships with my clients and helping you feel seen, supported, and well-fed.

As a registered dietitian and experienced personal chef, I bring both culinary skill and evidence-based nutrition to the table. Every ingredient has a purpose. You’ll always know what’s in your food, why I chose it, and how it supports your family’s health and lifestyle.
